Our story
Generations passed under the peaceful roofs of the small spa village "Donja Toponica", enjoying homemade brandy made from the autochthonous plum variety Moravke - one of the highest quality varieties in the region. However, the new generation did not want to keep that taste to themselves. It would be selfish not to share this unique flavor with the rest of the world.
And so, after years of research, testing and improvement, "Uteha Naša" was born - a symbol of our passion, tradition and quality. After maturing in oak barrels, the time finally comes to pack Uteha Nasha in modern packaging, present it to you, and we enjoy it after a job well done.
That's why we founded the distillery "Pod Mirnim Krovovima" with the aim of creating a top product that will be recognizable not only by its taste, but also by its visual character. Our desire was to bring a dose of luxury and prestige to the world of brandy, because we believe that these noble drinks deserve to be greeted with the respect they deserve.

Our team
At the "Pod Mirnim Krovovima" distillery, our small team consists of 8 dedicated individuals who are key to the creation of "Uteha Naša" brandy. Each member has a key role to play, whether it's carefully selecting ingredients, constantly refining flavors, or finding new ways to express our creativity. With love and passion, our team creates brandy that will awaken your senses and satisfy your palate.
Boban, our director, is a key player in our team. He is responsible for all day-to-day operations and management of the distillery. With expertise and dedication, he takes care of every aspect of our business. In our cellar, you can see him testing the rakija, ensuring that every sip meets our quality standards.
Rade, our master distiller, is the heart of our distillery. With many years of experience and passion in making rakija, he is responsible for every step of the production process. Rade was born and raised in our region, where he has nurtured the process of making rakija all his life. Since the very foundation of our company, Rade has been part of our team, bringing his knowledge and skills. You can see him overseeing the cauldron and distilling the rakija, infusing a bit of his life's passion into every drop.
Most of our team comes from our region, which gives us a deep understanding of our indigenous plum varieties and the special character of our products. Our close connection with the local community unites us even more in making rakija that not only reflects the quality of our region, but brings pride and joy to every glass.
Our product
PLUM
We use plums of the Moravka variety, which we do not pick ourselves, but wait for them to fall and be fully ripe. We select only fruits with a sugar content of no less than 22% and turn them into a 100% distillate.
QUARTER CASK (Tierce)
We use exclusively new ones 150 liter barrels from Kopaonica oak 'kitnjak'. This smaller version of the barrel achieves a faster interaction of the brandy with the wood and a more intensive development of aromas and flavors.
PACKAGING
Our focus is on providing a unique experience for brandy lovers who value luxury and quality. We try to make the visual character of our brandy as impressive as its taste.
